Which hosting plan should (must) my site require?

We encourage you to contact us before ordering a plan so that our team can help you decide which package is best for your website. In general, though, our Standard plan is sufficient for most sites getting less than a few hundred visitors per day. If your site is getting more than a few hundred visitors per day, or your Google rankings and website performance are extremely important to you, then we recommend going with the Business plan whenever possible. If your site is getting more than a few thousand visitors per day, we kindly ask you to consult with us to see if our Premium or even Enterprise plan would be able to provide you with the best server performance. Custom plans are available on a per-client basis.

The following request limits are also in place:

Standard: mostly static sites, less than ~ 2 million requests/mo

Business: dynamic sites like WooCommerce, less than ~ 3 million requests/mo

Premium: dynamic or complex sites, less than ~ 4 million requests/mo

Enterprise: higher traffic/complex sites, ~ 5 million requests/mo

In the case your site has outgrown a hosting plan, we reserve the right to automatically upgrade your subscription to the appropriate plan. In most cases, this is done between billing cycles, meaning that you’ll have a few weeks to decide whether you’d like to move to another web host instead of accepting the upgrade.
