    Need more SEO clients? Do this:

    1. Pick a niche

    2. Target one city

    3. Build a your prospect list (you can easily outsource this on Fiverr)

    4. Identify leverage points

    Local Pack
    ▪️Do they have an address?
    ▪️Does their phone number align with the location?
    ▪️Are they using a tracking number?
    ▪️Are they using “Areas served” if applicable?
    ▪️Do they visual content?
    ▪️Do they have as much visual content as their top competitors?
    ▪️Do they have a relevant description?
    ▪️Do they have good reviews?
    ▪️Do they have enough reviews relative to the competitors?
    ▪️Do they respond to every review?
    ▪️Do they respond to every FAQ?
    ▪️Do they have the right category?
    ▪️Do they have the right / enough subcategories?
    ▪️Are 80% of their citations correct?
    ▪️Do they have enough citations?

    On-Page SEO
    ▪️Is the primary keyword and location in the title?
    ▪️Is the primary keyword and location in the meta description?
    ▪️Is the primary keyword and location in the H1?
    ▪️Is the content original?
    ▪️Is the page optimized well for NLP (via
    @getrankability
    )?

    Conversions
    ▪️Is the phone above the fold?
    ▪️Are they using a call tracking number?
    ▪️Do they have dedicated pages for each service offering?
    ▪️Are the service pages optimized well for SEO?
    ▪️Are they using any appointment booking software?

    Sitewide
    ▪️Do they have an SSL certificate?
    ▪️Is the website responsive and mobile friendly?
    ▪️Is the design modern and built for conversions?
    ▪️Is the website loading speed sufficient?
    ▪️Are they using WordPress?
    ▪️Do they have GA4 installed?

    Content
    ▪️Do they have enough localized content to match or exceed the top competitors?
    ▪️Is the localized content original, relevant, and high-quality?

    5. Use ChatGPT to help you build an outreach templates based on the leverage points

    6. Test and refine the outreach

    Bonus #1: Don’t just use email. Use DMs on LinkedIn, X, etc.

    Bonus #2: Create public SEO audits.

    personally I Have tried reaching out to many website owners in the past with broken issues… what I discovered is most of them have broken issues because they are lazy and don’t really give a shit. so reaching out to those people is often pointless because they are not the types of clients and business owners who really care about their reputation or growing their business, they are just along for the ride.
