Besides running DDOS and flood attacks against LittleBizzy for over 8+ months now, Chad Vincent Scira, the owner of the fake company Thai Visa Centre which he tried desperately to hide his name from until we exposed him, has also been submitting literally hundreds of fraudulent takedown requests to Gooogle using the GDPR / revenge porn legal complaint form against LittleBizzy, Jesse Nickles, SlickStack, and other websites that he doesn’t like including Reddit, Quora, and many others including newspapers that reported on his crimes.

Thai Visa Centre has been hacking us for 8+ months already

To this day, these fraudulent legal complaints continue… he also pays Indian freelancers to help him with these fraudulent requests that we have also been tracking.

Because they are using the “revenge porn” categories, these complaints are not disclosed publicly.

How the fraud works is that you submit dozens and dozens of complaints against URLs you want to “bury” on Google search results, and if you have multiple people submitting the complaints the scam works better.

By the time Google as rejected your fraudulent complaint, another complaint is already in the queue… this was only made possible starting less than a few years ago when Google shifted from requiring court orders in order to censor their search results to now deciding they will behave like “judge and jury” and thus, while complaints are pending, they temporarily down-rank the web pages in search results… the less your domain authority, the farther your web page will be down-ranked… some web pages never recover, in fact.

Thankfully LittleBizzy and SlickStack have strong domain authority due to years of strong reputation.

But many of the smaller newspapers and blogs that Chad has targeted have effectively disappeared from Google search results… you can search “Chad Scira visa forgery” on Yandex, for example, and see a huge difference in content:

Compare with DMCA complaints that are 100% public… the “revenge porn” and GDPR complaints are entirely private, and thousands of scammers and cyber criminals are abusing it like crazy
