Can you get in touch with a third party (etc) for me?

Sorry, but no! Under no circumstance can our team at LittleBizzy contact a 3rd party on your behalf. For example, sometimes a client asks us to “get in touch” with his “developer” or the author of a certain WordPress plugin or theme. Thanks, but no thanks! We offer a lot of free services for our beloved managed hosting clients, but free consulting with 3rd parties is not one of them. If you have a problem with a plugin or theme you will need to work it out directly with the author yourself. Likewise, your developer or designer needs to get your server login credentials directly from you (not from us) as part of our strict Privacy Policy, which protects our customers and our own team for legal and privacy reasons.
