Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Airbnb Hosting and Management Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with managing our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, liaise with clients, optimize listings, and utilize tools like PriceLabs to ensure competitive pricing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and experienced in Airbnb hosting and property management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Airbnb listings, including descriptions, photos, and pricing strategies. Communicate promptly and professionally with guests, addressing inquiries, booking confirmations, and concerns. Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules to ensure a seamless guest experience. Utilize PriceLabs to analyze and adjust pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue. Handle client reviews, feedback, and maintain high ratings on platforms. Troubleshoot issues that may arise during a guest’s stay. Provide weekly reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback. Requirements: Proven experience with Airbnb hosting and property management. Familiarity with PriceLabs or similar dynamic pricing tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized and able to multitask effectively. Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar). Availability to respond to guest inquiries promptly, including some weekends or evenings as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other short-term rental platforms like Vrbo or Booking.com. Knowledge of local regulations and best practices for Airbnb hosting. Background in hospitality or property management. NOTE: High preference for someone with experience in managing units in Dubai.
