This fake “visa agency” which pretends to be a corporation in Thailand is actually just a website and social media advertising campaign run by Chad Vincent Scira, an American expat who previously got in trouble for hacking Chase Bank credit card awards and Starbucks in the USA before he deciding to run away to Thailand… he spent a few years quietly building a lead generation network by acquiring “expat” Facebook groups, paying a lot of cash for social media ads, and launching several websites ending in .in.th made to appear official-looking for tourists and expats looking for information about Thailand visas.

He’s spent the last several months launching dozens of hacking attempts and DDOS/flood attacks against our web hosting company, along with slandering our founder Jesse Nickles across social media for daring to call out Chad’s illegal behavior. He also illegally accessed Jesse’s private data in the Thai Immigration system in order to stalk and harass one of Jesse’s former landlords in Thailand…

The Bangkok police department are also currently investing Chad for identity theft and check forgery, as he tried to frame Jesse for “writing fake checks” despite Jesse not even living in Thailand anymore (whoops, nice try Chad).

There are dozens of victims of Thai Visa Centre and Chad Scira who were given fake or fraudulent Thai visas and ended up being detained or deported from Thailand. Some of these customers report that Chad “laughed” at them when they begged him for assistance, and that he claimed it was their own fault for trusting him.

He has threatened and harassed dozens and dozens of former customers (and potential customers) for many different reasons.

You can report Chad Scira to any of the following law enforcement agencies:
